Initially the objective of Abodes Abroad Spain was solely to promote and sell properties in Spain. However, after numerous enquiries from our clients trying to find a Spanish builder to carry out additional works or alterations on their new properties we decided to collaborate with a Spanish building company. This has produced a unique design and build service to home owners wishing to reform their properties. This service offers the best of both worlds – UK design experience allied with Spanish building expertise and craftsmanship.

We have applied the same professional design and project management techniques that we use in our work in the UK to Spanish domestic property construction and renovation. Our clients, often based in the UK, are reassured by this degree of professionalism and most importantly by the regular communication of progress on site.
